I hail from the city of Pathankot and belong to the family of freedom fighters, army and navy personnel. I was a mediocre student in the school but excelled in sports. My earmark was to become an air force pilot but the family circumstances changed when Pakistan declared the Kargil war on India in 1999. So, I manifested in life-changing decisions and I decided to take up further education in the aviation industry. On the contrary, I was one of the finest students my college had as I was one of the three candidates chosen for internship in Asia’s biggest helicopter company. Furthermore, I was in between different part times jobs because I was always valued the importance of practical exposure, experience & public relations. I started working at the age of 18.

Whilst working for the PAWAN HANS helicopters, I was upgrading my technical skills but  I wasn’t satisfied with public exposure. So, I moved to jet airways which turned tables for me carrier wise and also my personality. One always wishes to grow as a person whilst working for a firm and working for jet airways did the same. I grew on different levels my personality; Interpersonal skills, customer services, and Public relation skills took a hike and made me the person I am today. But, it wasn’t enough because I had this zeal to work harder, to be more. Also, I had built myself a successful customer base by the time.

Here, I would like to share the struggle when I first started the company and aviation training. I used to sleep for maximum 4-5 hours a day for about 6 months which was as hard as nails time for me. But the hard work paid off. Forgive me, I failed to mention my interest in cabin crew and I broke a sweat giving interviews for the profile but I got through Air Asia interview. However, it didn’t last for long due to some family issues I had to move to Canada.

I lived a decent life in Canada but not for long as I wasn’t at peace with myself. I was earning good hard earned money but what about fulfilling my passion?  As there was a time when it used to be my priority! So, after 6 months of continuously abusing myself mentally, I decided to move back to India and work hard. Which I did for a year and then with God’s grace and 1 year of struggle as a freelancer I started my company called Aviation Indeed. The idea was to see better India and to minimize corruption in this industry and help people and companies with the right job and candidate, without charging anything from the candidate.  Aviation Indeed we provide support staff to the aviation industry under one roof i.e. we recruit Cabin Crews, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, Aeronautical Engineers, Airport and Aircraft Food and Beverage Staff, Administrator Staff and others. Within only 3 years of time span, Aviation Indeed became the first company in India to achieve this. Later in the year 2018-19, I started 2 more companies ‘LA Decoller & Luxury Checkin’ which is into support and Aviation uniforms and accessories resp.
