Multiple fraud attempts using the name of Aviation Indeed have been reported in several countries. Please be aware that NO Aviation Indeed representative will ever request payment from a candidate or an associate during a job search or the selection process. 

Similarly, we have been informed that the name AVIATION INDEED and trademark are being used in several countries by people who are in no way related to our team. These people place job adverts on general market websites using the name ‘Aviation Indeed’ without our permission or knowledge. We also have reason to believe that e-mails, letters, telephone calls, and other actions taken by them are nothing but illegitimate attempts to obtain money and access to job seekers’ personal and confidential information.

Before releasing personal information, ID, or bank account details during a job search, ensure your contact is an authorized Aviation Indeed representative. You can confirm this by contacting the Aviation Indeed Office Team directly.

Beware of any unexpected e-mail, instant message, voicemail, or fax that claims to be from Aviation Indeed. If you receive such a message, get in touch with an Aviation Indeed office and verify if the message is legitimate.
