Hiring: Finance Analyst Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and business finance operations. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards • Analyze financial data, trends, and business performance • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field • 3-6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, MIS, or Financial Analysis • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analytical processes • Advanced MS Excel skills and ERP exposure • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities Note : Aviation indeed does not charge any recruitment fee.
