Job Description
Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) / Sr. AME/ Duty Engineer Industry: Aviation Location: BLR/DEL/BOM Job Type: Full-Time Minimum Qualification: • 10+2 (PCM) or Equivalent • AME Training from a DGCA-approved institution • Valid CAR 66 Type Rating (B1/B2/C) on Airbus/Boeing aircraft Experience: 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, minimum 1 year of certifying experience. Roles and Responsibilities: • Inspect and certify maintenance activities for aircraft systems. • Ensure all maintenance work complies with OEM and DGCA standards. • Maintain and complete accurate maintenance records and logs. • Address and rectify defects identified during inspections or reported by crew. • Ensure safe use of tools and equipment during servicing. • Use only approved materials and follow standard procedures. • Stay updated with technical instructions from Quality and Technical Services. • Supervise and guide junior staff and technicians. • Maintain a personal logbook of all maintenance activities performed. • Report unserviceable tools, equipment, or aircraft immediately to the shift in-charge.
