Job Title: Workshop AH(Authorization Holder) Industry: MRO Location: Bengaluru (BLR) Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are hiring a Workshop AH to manage and execute component production and service activities within Sheetmetal/Composite/Paint, Electrical, Powerplant, or Cabin workshops. The role ensures regulatory compliance, high-quality standards, and smooth workflow to support operational and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities • Key Responsibilities • Execute component production and workshop services as per company and contractual requirements. • Ensure all tools, test equipment, technical manuals, and spares comply with airworthiness regulations. • Maintain accurate technical records and ensure timely submission for archiving. • Coordinate with engineering, planning, logistics, and other operational departments. • Evaluate component overhaul and repair capabilities and recommend process improvements. • Support preventive maintenance programs for workshop equipment. • Monitor workshop quality standards and regulatory compliance. • Supervise workshop personnel and maintain discipline and safety standards. • Perform additional duties assigned by the Workshop Manager. Required Skills & Competencies • Aircraft Maintenance Quality Management • Airworthiness Regulations Knowledge • Workshop Operations & Maintenance Processes • Technical Documentation & Record Management • Regulatory Compliance • Stakeholder Coordination • Problem Solving & Team Management Qualification & Experience B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, or equivalent discipline. Experience • 3-5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or workshop operations. • Experience in Sheet Metal, Composite, Paint, Electrical, Powerplant, or Cabin workshops. • Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and maintenance processes. Preferred • Experience with Airbus or Boeing fleet components. • Knowledge of component overhaul and repair techniques. • B1/B2 License or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
