Job Description
Job Title Associate – Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC) Department Flight Operations / Operations Control Location Gurugram Role Summary The IOCC Associate supports day-to-day airline operations by monitoring flights, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in handling operational disruptions. The role ensures safe, efficient, and on-time flight operations in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Monitor daily flight operations and schedules • Coordinate with crew control, engineering, airport operations, and dispatch teams • Assist in managing delays, diversions, and cancellations • Track aircraft movement and turnaround status • Update operational systems and maintain accurate records • Communicate operational updates to relevant stakeholders • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation protocols • Support the IOCC team during irregular operations (IROPs) Eligibility / Qualifications • Graduate (Aviation, Airport Management, Hospitality, Travel, or related field preferred) • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in airline operations • Basic understanding of airline operations is an advantage Note* Aviation Indeed does nit charge any fees for any interviews or recruitment from candidates.
