Role Overview Position Title: Passenger Services Associate (PSA) Level: Entry Level Location: Mumbai (BOM) The Passenger Services Associate is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and courteous passenger handling services at the airport. This role focuses on customer support, coordination, and smooth execution of ground operations in line with airline procedures.
