Job Description: Presales Trainee / Intern Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR (Open to Pan-India) Work Mode: WFH / Hybrid Employment Type: Internship / Trainee About the Role La Decoller is looking for a Presales Trainee / Intern to support its sales operations for US & Canada markets . This role is ideal for freshers or students who enjoy research, data handling, and structured work and want hands-on exposure to B2B sales tools and processes. Key Responsibilities • Research and build high-quality lead databases using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Boolean search • Identify and verify decision-makers and relevant business contacts • Maintain, clean, and update data in Zoho CRM • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales and prospect data • Support the sales team with organized and validated lead information • Follow defined processes and meet daily/weekly data targets Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate or pursuing graduation (any discipline) • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently • Basic proficiency in MS Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas) • Willingness to learn new tools and sales processes Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Basic understanding of B2B sales or lead generation • Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn research • Prior internship or project work in research/sales ops (optional) Training & Support • Complete onboarding and training on all required tools and workflows • Continuous guidance from the sales and operations team Who Should Apply • Freshers looking to start a career in presales, sales operations, or business research • Candidates interested in B2B sales exposure without hardcore sales pressure • Detail-oriented individuals who enjoy structured, backend roles
