Job Description
Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Experience: 1-4 Years What You'll Do Analyze 2D drawings and 3D Digital Mockups (DMU) and provide manufacturability feedback to Design teams. Validate drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) for aero-structure assemblies and components. Create and update Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and maintain SAP routings with EBOM and MBOM alignment. Support APQP, PPV (Airbus PPAP), and PFMEA activities during process validation. Prepare rework instructions for Non-Conformities (NCs) and support root cause analysis. Participate in cross-functional reviews to identify and mitigate industrial risks. Ensure GD&T compliance and configuration control between engineering and production. Work on metallic and composite structures using CATIA V5/V6 or Siemens NX. What You Need Experience 1-4 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering or Industrialization. Experience in aero-structure assemblies and sheet metal manufacturing preferred. Qualification B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering. Skills Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis. Hands-on experience with SAP routings and BOM management. Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 or Siemens NX and PLM systems. Understanding of APQP, PPV (Airbus PPAP), and PFMEA processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
