Job Title: Flight Operations Executive / Flight Operations Staff Location - New Delhi Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Flight Operations Executive to support and coordinate non-scheduled charter flight operations. The role involves flight handling, operational documentation, coordination with aviation authorities, airport stakeholders, and ground handling agencies to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage flight handling activities for non-scheduled charter flights. • Prepare and process flight handling applications, permits, and operational documentation. • Coordinate with DGCA, airport authorities, and other government agencies for operational approvals and clearances. • Liaise with Ground Handling Agencies (GHA) for aircraft handling requirements. • Coordinate with airport cargo warehouses for cargo movements and documentation. • Monitor and supervise flight operations to ensure smooth execution. • Prepare operational reports, professional correspondence, and client communications. • Coordinate with crew members, clients, handlers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations. • Track flight schedules, operational updates, and regulatory requirements. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, aviation regulations, and operational procedures. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace, Business Administration, or a related field. • Aviation-related certifications will be an added advantage. Experience Required • 2-5 years of experience in Flight Operations, Charter Operations, Dispatch, or Aviation Operations. • Experience with airlines, charter operators, business aviation, or aviation service providers preferred. • Fresh CPL holders with relevant Flight Operations/IOCC exposure may also be considered Note* Aviation Indeed does not charge any recruitment fees.
