Job Title: Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition Location: Delhi Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments. Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders. Candidate Management • Assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Recruitment Operations • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports. • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation. • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness. Employer Branding • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives. • Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and networking events. • Promote the organization's employer value proposition. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. • 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
