Job Title - Manager - Production Control Location - Saudi Arabia We are looking for an experienced Manager - Production Control to join a leading Aviation/MRO organization in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with extensive experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning and Production Control who are looking to take the next step in their aviation career and contribute to operational excellence in a dynamic maintenance environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective maintenance planning and production control procedures. • Ensure all maintenance checks and work packages are planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently. • Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless maintenance operations. • Monitor maintenance progress and ensure adherence to turnaround times and operational targets. • Optimize resource utilization, manpower allocation, and material availability. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and aircraft availability. • Ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. Required Experience: • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning and Production Control. • Strong experience within an Airline, MRO, or Aviation Maintenance environment. • Thorough understanding of aircraft maintenance programs, maintenance planning systems, and production control processes. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams. • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • EASA Part-66, GACA, FAA A&P, or equivalent Aircraft Maintenance License preferred. • Aircraft Type Rating and prior managerial experience will be an added advantage.
