Job Description
Job Title : Aircraft Manager Powerplant (GEnx) Location : Saudi Arabia Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Manager Powerplant (GEnx) to oversee GEnx engine maintenance programs, reliability performance, technical support activities, and fleet operational efficiency. The role will ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective engine operations across the fleet. Key Requirements • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Airline or MRO environments • Experience with GEnx engine programs, maintenance, and reliability monitoring • Background in Powerplant Engineering, Technical Services, or Fleet Management • Experience in engine troubleshooting and performance analysis • Knowledge of engine shop visit planning and management • Experience coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and MRO providers • Strong understanding of aviation regulations and airworthiness requirements • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License preferred Key Responsibilities • Manage GEnx engine maintenance and reliability programs • Monitor engine performance trends and corrective actions • Coordinate engine shop visits and maintenance planning activities • Support troubleshooting and technical investigations • Liaise with OEMs, vendors, and maintenance providers • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements • Drive reliability and cost optimization initiatives Why Join Us • Opportunity to work with a leading aviation organization • Exposure to advanced engine technologies • International work environment • Leadership and career growth opportunities • Competitive compensation and benefits package Aviation Indeed does not charge any recruitment fee.
