Job Description - Manager Procurement & Stores Department: Procurement Key Responsibilities • Manage procurement, sourcing, vendor selection, and negotiations. • Ensure timely purchase, receipt, and availability of materials and services. • Monitor vendor performance, contracts, and compliance. • Process purchase orders and ensure timely vendor payments. • Oversee warehouse and stores operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch. • Maintain inventory accuracy through stock audits and reconciliations. • Manage material issuance, transfers, and disposal activities. • Ensure timely ERP/SAP transactions and record maintenance. • Prepare procurement, inventory, and operational reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, safety, and security standards. • Lead and develop the procurement and stores team. Qualification • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Experience • 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Stores, Logistics, or Supply Chain. • Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. • Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems preferred.
