Job Description
Title : Load Control Agent Location: Airport Operations Department: Load Control / Ground Operations Reporting To: Supervisor / Duty Manager Key Responsibilities • Prepare and review aircraft load plans and load sheets. • Perform weight and balance calculations for safe aircraft operations. • Coordinate with flight crew, ground handling, and operations teams. • Monitor loading of baggage, cargo, and passengers as per safety regulations. • Ensure compliance with airline, airport, and DGCA safety requirements. • Maintain load control records, manifests, and operational reports. • Handle load-related discrepancies and operational changes. Eligibility • Graduate in any discipline. • Freshers with aviation knowledge or candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Load Control, Ramp Operations, or Ground Handling. • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Good communication and computer proficiency. • Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.
