Senior Manager - Engineering Planning (Costing & Contracts) Location: Delhi We are looking for an experienced aviation professional to lead engineering planning, maintenance costing, budgeting, and contract management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MRO coordination, vendor management, cost optimization, and maintenance planning within an airline or MRO environment. Key Requirements • 1+ years of experience in airline or MRO engineering. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical) or AME License; MBA preferred. • Strong experience in engineering planning, maintenance costing, and budgeting. • Expertise in MRO, vendor, and engineering contract management. • Knowledge of DGCA regulations and aircraft maintenance processes. • Experience with AMOS, SAP, OASES, or similar maintenance planning systems. • Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities • Lead engineering planning, maintenance budgeting, and cost forecasting activities. • Manage MRO, vendor, repair, and engineering contracts. • Monitor maintenance costs and identify cost optimization opportunities. • Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, CAMO, and MRO partners. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations. • Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and management dashboards to support business decisions. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
