Specialist - Projects & Performance Management About the Role We are looking for an experienced Specialist - Projects & Performance Management to support project planning, execution, performance monitoring, and governance within an aviation maintenance environment. The role will coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor project progress, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with organisational standards and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution activities. • Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. • Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, project documentation, and performance metrics. • Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. • Support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and project tracking. • Identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation and corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and project governance standards. • Maintain accurate project records and communicate project updates to key stakeholders. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and operational efficiency. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, Project Management, or a related discipline. • Relevant experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Performance Management within an Airline or MRO environment . • Strong understanding of aviation maintenance operations and project lifecycle management. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, OEMs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. • MRO experience or background is required. • PMP or an equivalent Project Management certification is preferred. • Saudi nationals are preferred. If unavailable, candidates of other nationalities with relevant Middle East Airline/MRO experience will also be considered.
