Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh Reporting To: Managing Director / Accountable Manager Job Summary: Airlines seeks an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its commercial strategy, revenue growth, network planning, sales, marketing, revenue management, and strategic partnerships. The role will focus on improving route profitability, expanding market share, and driving sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise revenue and profitability. • Lead route planning, revenue management, pricing, and sales operations. • Drive domestic and international market expansion and strategic partnerships. • Oversee marketing, brand positioning, digital sales, and ancillary revenue. • Monitor commercial performance, budgets, and business growth targets. • Ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations and commercial policies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. • 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a commercial leadership role within the aviation industry. • Strong experience in airline commercial operations, revenue management, sales, pricing, or network planning. • Proven track record of improving revenue, profitability, and market share. • Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and business development skills.
