Job Description
Hiring: Senior UAV Pilot & Systems Engineer Location: Sector 155, Noida Role Overview We are looking for an experienced UAV Pilot & Systems Engineer to conduct UAV flight testing, prototype trials, system integration, and performance evaluation. The role involves working closely with engineering teams to test and improve UAV performance. Key Requirements • B.E./B.Tech in Aerospace, Avionics, Electronics, or a related engineering field. • 5-8 years of relevant experience in UAV flight testing and systems engineering. • Hands-on experience in UAV piloting, prototype testing, and flight trials. • Knowledge of UAV systems, avionics, flight controllers, navigation, and telemetry. • Experience in flight log analysis, troubleshooting, and system integration. • Familiarity with PX4, ArduPilot, multirotor, fixed-wing, or VTOL UAVs is preferred. • UAV pilot certification or authorization is preferred. Key Responsibilities • Plan and conduct UAV flight tests and prototype trials. • Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure safe operations. • Monitor telemetry, analyze flight logs, and evaluate flight performance. • Test stability, endurance, range, navigation, and payload performance. • Troubleshoot technical issues and support system integration with engineering teams. • Document test results and provide feedback for design improvements. • Follow flight safety procedures and relevant regulations.
