Tittle: Assistant Manager - Cabin Appearance Location: Noida Airport Role Overview : Manage aircraft cabin appearance operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, grooming, presentation, and service quality. Support the Manager - Cabin Appearance in daily operations, team supervision, and quality control. Key Requirements : • Graduate with a qualification in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or Accommodation/Facilities Management. • Preferably 8-12 years of Cabin Appearance experience with a reputed airline. • Strong team management, communication, and decision-making skills. • Knowledge of aircraft cabin cleaning, grooming, and appearance standards. • Strong attention to detail and operational coordination skills. • Immediate joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities : • Monitor daily cabin appearance operations and maintain required service standards. • Supervise staff deployment, training, discipline, and performance. • Coordinate with aircraft maintenance teams for cabin defects, deep cleaning, and scheduled maintenance. • Monitor cabin crew feedback, customer concerns, audit reports, and corrective actions. • Coordinate disinfestation, fumigation, potable-water testing, and related cabin services. • Manage operational supplies, equipment, records, and cost control.
