By accessing or using Aviation Indeed (the "Platform") or our services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must:

• Have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Provide accurate information
• Not be barred from using our Services

Job seekers must have valid work authorization for target locations.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate resume and qualifications
• Keep profile information updated
• Respond promptly to job opportunities
• Not use Services for illegal activities
• Maintain confidentiality of employer information

We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.

You agree to:

• Post accurate job descriptions
• Comply with employment laws
• Maintain candidate confidentiality
• Provide payment for Services as agreed
• Not discriminate in hiring practices

Permitted Use:

• Searching/applying for legitimate jobs
• Posting legitimate job openings
• Using contact features as intended

Prohibited Use:

• Spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity
• Automated scraping or data extraction
• Unauthorized commercial use
• Illegal or discriminatory practices

All Platform content, logos, trademarks, and materials are owned by Aviation Indeed or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

User Content (resumes, profiles) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute for Service provision.

Employer Services: Fees are non-refundable once Services are provided. Payment terms specified in Service agreements.

Job Seekers: Platform is free. Premium Services may have fees disclosed upfront.

All payments processed securely via authorized payment gateways.

Services provided "AS IS": No warranty of employment outcomes, candidate suitability, or uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability: Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months.

No liability for lost opportunities, employment decisions, or third-party actions.

We may suspend/terminate access for:

• Violation of Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Legal requirements
• Non-payment (Employers)

You may terminate by deleting your account.

Governing Law: Laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi courts.

Dispute Resolution: Parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes proceed to arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act.
